Repost: “COME OUT OF HER MY PEOPLE!” A Light Suggestion? OR DIRECT COMMAND?

Here in 2018, there are a MULTITUDE of “CHURCH ORGANIZATIONS”, but what about the Church founded by Jesus Christ on the day of Pentecost 31 A.D?
Is the Church of God an “ORGANIZATION”? Or is it a SPIRITUAL ORGANISM, made up of the people who have been called of God, and whom received the Holy Spirit upon repentance, belief of the gospel and baptism?
There has been MUCH confusion caused by the numerous misconceptions of what the true Church of God is! A REAL BABYLON!
Perhaps you belong to a certain “Organization”? Perhaps you have been working hard, volunteering, raising money, and donating that money to build up such an “Organization”? What if you were to find out that all of your hard work, all of your sweat, your tears, your sacrificing was ALL IN VAIN? You would be UPSET & ANGRY, now wouldn’t you?
But, whether you realize it or not, IT IS HAPPENING TO MILLIONS OF PEOPLE, and you may be one of the many who have been FOOLED by such a great deception!

ARTICLES/BOOKS:

The Worldwide Church of God was raised up, through the WORK of preaching the gospel done by Herbert W. Armstrong. The people CONVERTED through hearing this wonderful message preached by the apostle of Christ, who received the Holy Spirit of God upon repentance, belief and baptism, became members of the Worldwide Church of God! This body of believers, is UN-incorporated.
This UN-incorporated body,  SUPPORTED and FINANCIALLY BACKED God’s apostle, Mr. Herbert W. Armstrong, and the WORK GREW. And when the Work grew, an organization was REQUIRED to be incorporated. But the ORGANIZATION is NOT the Church!

“And, by the way, if you look at the telecast tomorrow morning, I wonder are you indifferent — thinking “Well I don’t need to look at it”? Well, brethren, it’s money that you pay in. Of course, it’s God’s money. But that’s what’s paying for it, and each one of those telecasts tomorrow (The one tomorrow morning on Channel 11, and the one tomorrow evening on Channel 9.), each one of those just for that one-half hour is costing several thousand dollars. Did you know that? But they reach a lot of people; and telephone calls come in by the hundreds and the thousands as a result immediately, from people clear outside of the Church.

But that’s part of your work. I just happen to be the speaker. But you notice that it says, “This is sponsored by the Worldwide Church of God.” Not by me. I don’t sponsor it. You are all the Worldwide Church of God. The Worldwide Church of God is all of us combined, put together. And we’re ONE BODY fitly framed and joined together whether we are in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the Philippines, South Africa, England, Germany, or where — ONE BODY, many offices, many things to do; but one body. So let’s understand that. And each of us has his own job to do. That’s why one scripture says, “Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling” because we each have something to do.”
| Author: Herbert W. Armstrong, “Success Based On God’s Law (Origins)” given July 30, 1983

Today, the Worldwide Church of God membership still supports Christ’s apostle in preaching the gospel.
However, there are today a NUMEROUS AMOUNT of “Church Organizations”, calling themselves “The Church of God”. The men starting these ORGANIZATIONS, were ministers who were ordained into the ministry, under Herbert W. Armstrong in the Worldwide Church of God. They started an ORGANIZATION FIRST, setting up their own CHURCH GOVERNMENT with them in the chief seat of power,  then proceeded to build up a Church membership unto themselves, targeting the membership of the Worldwide Church of God.
Just like Garner Ted Armstrong did:

Now, some libraries are promoting Garner Ted’s writings, and audio, and video, along with Herbert W. Armstrong’s, pretending that he is a minister or member of the Worldwide Church of God!
Since he was removed and MARKED from the Worldwide Church of God, and all members were commanded to AVOID HIM according to the command in Romans 16:17, the act of raising his old publications to the level of Church teaching is the height of disloyalty and rebellion!
Therefore those who do such, are NOT the Worldwide Church of God! But an impostor!
These “ORGANIZATIONS” are not the true Church of God! And as Mr. Armstrong said in the first article listed above, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SCATTERING GOD’S CHURCH AND PEOPLE!!!!
They teach their members, that the Worldwide Church of God ceased to exist. They teach that their Church is the continuation of that Church, but they are a DIFFERENT CHURCH ALTOGETHER, while competing with each other on how many members of the Worldwide Church of God they can GAIN as THEIR MEMBERS.
Yes, their members are WASTING THEIR TIME, SWEAT, TEARS and SACRIFICES, to build up these ORGANIZATIONS OF MEN. The Worldwide Church of God funded the organizations of the Church, in order to help and support Mr. Herbert W. Armstrong in the Great Commission(Matthew 24:14)!

  • “It is revealed in Malachi 3:1-5 and 4:5-6 that God would raise up one in the power and spirit of Elijah, shortly prior to the Second Coming of Christ. In Matthew 17:11 Jesus said, even after John the Baptist had completed his mission, that this prophesied Elijah “truly shall first come, and restore all things.” Although it is plainly revealed that John the Baptist had come in the power and spirit of Elijah, he did not restore anything. The human leader to be raised up somewhat shortly prior to Christ’s Second Coming was to prepare the way—prepare the Church—for Christ’s coming, and restore the truth that had been lost through the preceding eras of the Church. Also a door was to be opened for this leader and/or the Philadelphia era of the Church to fulfill Matthew 24:14: “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
It was to be at a time when, for the first time in the history of mankind, the weapons of mass destruction were produced that could erase all humanity from the earth (Matt. 24:21-22). This also was to occur just before the Second Coming of Christ (verses 29-30).
These prophecies have now definitely been fulfilled. The true gospel has been restored and has now gone in power into every nation on the face of the earth.” | Author: Herbert W. Armstrong, “Mystery of the Ages” (Chapter 6)

The current landscape of the “Churches of God” is a landscape of ORGANIZATIONS, each competing with each other, each politicking, each trying to gain the chief seat with the MOST members, and each trying to make “their organizations great” as the organization under Mr. Armstrong grew great. And so when their organizations wax weaker and weaker in membership, they turn to the World with campaigns to build membership!
So they tell their members that they have been commissioned to fulfill Matthew 24:14, in order to justify their search for NEW MEMBERS! Mr. Armstrong, as the apostle of Christ, was given this commission, and the Worldwide Church of God was commissioned to HELP HIM in that Work! Not, go off helping ANOTHER MAN, or a BOARD OF MEN!
So the Worldwide Church of God are doing their parts LOCALLY where they congregate. Ministers who have REBELLED, have gone out to form their own ORGANIZATIONS, their own GOVERNMENTS, their own BOARDS and COUNCILS, teaching that such boards, or MEN, or COUNCILS have the power to put doctrine within the Church of God.
This is the IMAGE of the BEAST.
Mr. Armstrong magnified the OFFICE of his apostleship! He was UNDER authority! Doctrine did not originate from him, but from God the Father, who gave it to His son Jesus Christ, who then gave it to the apostle, who gave it to all of the Church!
These organizations, alter, reject or change existing doctrines of Christ, and place NEW DOCTRINES into their congregations on their own authority, NOT the authority of Jesus Christ!
“They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.”(1 John 2:19)
Someone UNDER authority cannot CHANGE what the authority OVER THEM has established!
Mr. Armstrong is under Jesus Christ, and was faithful in preaching what he had been taught! The true ministers are UNDER Mr. Armstrong! And so whatever Mr. Armstrong taught must be ADMINISTERED by the lower-rank ministers to the congregations, or they are not carrying out their ministry in Christ!
Any man or woman who teaches CONTRARY to what Christ gave through His apostle, are not fitly joined with the foundation of the Church!
And so the efforts, of these organizations, are all in VAIN. They are NOT the true Church of God!
They are ALL COUNTERFEITS OF SATAN THE DEVIL!
Yes, we have had ONE TIME MEMBERS of the Worldwide Church of God, turn against the Church to bring the members UNDER BONDAGE- BACK INTO BABYLON. And these organizations are being used to get that job done(i.e Obadiah)!
So, don’t be caught up in ORGANIZATIONS OF MEN.
YOU MINISTERS- Don’t be paid by ORGANIZATIONS OF MEN, rely on God, obey God.
The reason why the Church grew weak before the raising up of the Philadelphia Era, was due to the Church mingling with BABYLON, and allowing BABYLON to set up CHURCH GOVERNMENT, and under Babylon’s rule the Church was SCATTERED!
The very reason the Worldwide Church of God today is scattered is due to ORGANIZATIONS.
The 501(c)(3) status is a category the IRS has for “religious non-profit ORGANIZATIONS”. Some leading ministers of another Church claims that Herbert W. Armstrong and the Worldwide Church of God was 501(c)(3), and they teach their membership THIS LIE! This is done to LIFT UP THEIR ORGANIZATION- their IMAGE OF THE BEAST.
But the Worldwide Church of God was never 501(c)(3), as the Worldwide Church of God is NOT an ORGANIZATION OF MEN, but a SPIRITUAL ORGANISM. And because of this great confusion as to WHAT the true Church IS, this BABYLON of confusion, this array of competing ORGANIZATIONS, SECTS AND DENOMINATIONS is prominent!
WE NEED TO GET THESE THINGS STRAIGHT IN OUR MINDS AND THE TRUTH CEMENTED!
Those of us, who attend with these ORGANIZATIONS, must “DELIVER OURSELVES” as God commands in Zechariah 2:7.
In Revelation 18:4, Jesus Christ tells us- THIS CHURCH- to “Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
Is this a light suggestion? Or a DIRECT COMMAND?
That depends on whether you have been called of God or NOT! Are you going to OBEY God, or just disregard His Word? That is simply up to you.

It Takes Courage to Be a True Christian!

It Takes Courage to Be a True Christian!
By Dibar K Apartian

   Are you courageous?
The chances are that you will answer: “Not always. At least, not as courageous as I want to be.”
But do you know what courage really is? Has it ever occurred to you that to be deeply and thoroughly converted you have to be deeply and thoroughly courageous?
Indeed, not only does it take courage to become converted, but it takes even more to remain converted.
Amidst moral corruption and confusion — in a world of rebellion and misery — some people think that to disobey law is to show courage. Actually, the contrary is true. It’s much easier to rebel than to obey — easier to follow society, with its customs and traditions, than to stand firm for what is right in God’s sight. In plain language, it takes courage to be truly Christian.
Courage is the opposite of fear — it is acting against fear.
U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt once said that all we have to fear is fear itself. But how can you stop being fearful? How can you get rid of your fears, unless you replace them with something positive, worthwhile and more powerful?
A courageous person does what God wants him to do — regardless of the consequences. As a nation, we need more courage. As individuals, we need more courage. In our families, we need more courage. And as a Church, we need more courage! The source of power
God has chosen “the foolish” and “the weak” things of the world to confound those who are mighty in their own eyes (I Cor. 1:27). But God has not called the cowards of the world to confuse and confound the mighty!
People often mistake meekness for weakness. On your own you can’t do much, if anything. You have no real power or wisdom. But with God’s help and the power of His Spirit, you can do all things.
To be among the “foolish” and “weak” of the world is no excuse for you to live in fear: “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (II Tim. 1:7).
Think! If you are truly converted, the Spirit of God should bear fruit in you. The Spirit must express, through you, love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness and self-control (Gal. 5:22-23).
The Bible calls these virtues “the fruit of the Spirit.” But do you realize that courage is at the root of each of them? It takes courage to love someone who hates you. It takes courage to express joy in times of sorrow, and to have peace of mind amidst turmoil. It takes courage to be patient or to show kindness, goodness or faithfulness, and to practice self-control. If you feel that your spiritual growth has been slow, you are probably not showing as much courage as you should in your daily Christian life.
A true Christian is a soldier – a good soldier. But have you ever seen a good soldier who lacks courage? You showed a certain amount of courage when you first answered God’s calling, but that was only the starting point. You were called to change your habits, your ways of thinking and living. That takes courage. You were called to turn away from sin. That takes much courage. No faith without courage
Christ came with a message of courage and faith. He said, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel” (Mark 1:15).
When God called you to repentance He asked you, through His Word, to first sit down and count the cost, just like the builder of a tower, to see if you had “sufficient to finish it” (Luke 14:28). Notice — He didn’t say if you had enough to start the job, but to finish it. All along the path, you were told, you would have to face trials and problems.
Both repenting of your sins and believing in the Gospel require courage. Any change in life – especially conversion — requires courage. That’s why you need the power of God’s Holy Spirit to live like a Christian.
If you are convinced, and you should be, that Christ is coming soon to change this world and to rule over all nations, then you must be enthusiastic — filled with zeal – despite your difficulties!
Ironically, many of this world’s people who call themselves Christians don’t believe in Christ’s return. No wonder they lack courage. But you should not follow their example. You should be like Christ, who with courage faced persecutions and condemnations, while being totally innocent of any sin.
Stephen, the first Christian martyr, was also a man of courage. Facing death, he didn’t hesitate to proclaim God’s message and tell the people of their sins. He said, under God’s inspiration: “You stiff-necked people, uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit. As your fathers did, so do you. Which of the prophets did not your fathers persecute? And they killed those who announced beforehand the coming of the Righteous One, whom you have now betrayed and murdered, you who received the law as delivered by angels and did not keep it” (Acts 7:51-53, Revised Standard Version).
Would you have this type of courage to face your persecutors, to look in their eyes and proclaim the truth even though it may cost your life? Stephen did. He died for the truth — for the Gospel — for Christ’s message.
To believe in the Kingdom of God in a world that rejects God requires faith. But faith without courage is not faith. Just like Abraham, you must be fully convinced that God is able to do what He has promised, and you must act accordingly. Then your faith will be reckoned to you as righteousness (Rom. 4:21-22).
What do you do when you have a serious problem? Do you simply pray about it and wait for the answer? Prayer alone is not enough.
You must do your part. As the saying goes, after praying for a good harvest, you keep on hoping. Trusting God is waiting actively, not passively. And that takes courage! Obedience to God sets you apart from the world; it protects you. It makes your life happier and more abundant. It makes you courageous and brings you closer to Him.
God loves courageous people! He has promised to never forsake you; you will never go hungry if you are truly of His flock. David wrote: “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. He is ever merciful, and lendeth; and his seed is blessed” (Ps. 37:25-26).Men of courage
The prophets of old were men of courage. When God told Joshua to begin the battle to enter the promised land, He commanded, “Be strong and of a good courage” (Josh. 1:6). .
The apostles were also men of courage, particularly after they received God’s Holy Spirit. It wasn’t easy for them to preach the Gospel amid continuous threats and persecutions. They had to choose between obeying God and obeying man — between entering the large gate and the narrow one. They were told by the authorities, “We strictly charged you not to teach in this name, yet here you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and you intend to bring this man’s blood upon us” (Acts 5:28, RSV) . The answer Peter and the other apostles gave was one of faith and courage: “We ought to obey God rather than men” (verse 29).
Do you realize that someday you may have to give the same answer to those who persecute you?
Hebrews 11 is generally known as the faith chapter. And talk about faith it does. All of the people mentioned therein lived by faith, but that required much courage. They didn’t simply pray for God’s help; they acted and fought as true Christians should.
How about King David? What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of him? His sins, perhaps? Or the psalms he wrote? The wives he had? Do you ever think of him as a man of courage?
Look at the attitude he had when the other Israelites were frightened in the presence of Goliath the giant. David said to King Saul, “Let no man’s heart fail because of him; thy servant will go and fight with this Philistine” (I Sam. 17:32). Where did David get his assurance? He was but a young man. He did not have Goliath’s strength or armature. But he had courage. He told the king, “Thy servant kept his father’s sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock: And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him” (verses 34-35). And David added, “Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied the armies of the living God” (verse 36).
Think of it! David, with no other weapon than a sling, was able to face the giant, who was heavily armed with a sword, a spear and a shield’. Where did he get his strength? From God. He likewise got his courage from God.
He told the Philistine: “Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. This day will the Lord deliver thee into mine hand” (verses 45-46).
There is a Goliath in everyone’s life! Yours could be in the form of sickness or poverty or various other trials and sufferings. It doesn’t really matter. The fighting is always of God, provided your courage and attitude are similar to David’s. When your eyes and your mind are set on God — when you put your trust in Him — you can have all the courage you need, whatever your problems. He will do your fighting for you.As in the days of Noah
Noah was a man of integrity, righteous before God. He lived in a world of corruption and sin, just as we do today. And he undoubtedly was a man of courage.
Do you think it was easy for him to stand up against the crowd and do what God told him to do? It took him many years to build the ark, while the people around mocked him. They didn’t cease to ridicule him. They thought it was utterly foolish to expect a flood when there wasn’t even a sign of one in sight.
It took courage for Noah to accomplish his job and to patiently wait for the fulfillment of God’s promise.
Have you ever wondered why Christ compared Noah’s time to ours, stating that the present world would have a similar fate?
He told His disciples: “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage; until the day that Noe entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away” (Matt. 24:36-39).
And Christ added, “So shall also the coming of the Son of man be” (verse 39).
We are living today in a world just as corrupted as Noah’s was. People deny God, break His laws, defy His authority, eat what they ought not and contract marriages that are unlawful before Him.
God tested Noah’s patience, just as He’s testing ours today. How tragic that, during this testing period, some of God’s people are losing courage and deserting the ship! You had better realize that NOW is the time God is testing your faith, patience and courage — as a member of God’s Church you are being judged now (I Pet. 4: 17).
In the days of Noah, he was the only righteous human being on earth. Likewise, today, the Church must be spotless, pure and righteous before God. Noah persevered to the end. He did not weaken. We, too, must persevere to the end and not weaken. Whatever the danger, whatever the persecution, we must serve God, being fully convinced that He will always deliver us.
However, just like the three Hebrews thrown in the fiery furnace (Dan. 3:17-18), we must also prove that we will not serve other gods or worship “the golden image” – even if God chooses not to deliver us. That shows real courage!Paul’s courage
The apostle Paul’s life was one of courage, faith and perseverance. It took tremendous courage for him to turn away from what he had previously believed was right. The change, in his case, was very difficult.
When God struck him on the road to Damascus, the first question Paul asked was, “What wilt thou have me to do? (Acts 9:6).
This eagerness to know and follow God’s will led Paul to conversion. Paul was not afraid to change. He didn’t worry what his friends would say about him if he turned from his former religion and began to worship the true God. Moreover, when God showed him the right way, Paul never departed from it. He labored more than the other disciples, working harder and suffering more than any of them. His writings make up a large part of the New Testament.
Do you know what Paul’s writings reflect most? Faith? Yes, undoubtedly. Love? That’s for sure. Obedience?
Of course. But above all things, courage!
Paul tells you to always rejoice, and be grateful whatever the circumstances (I Thess. 5:16, 18). That takes courage. Paul ran the race of life and won. So must you. But remember: It takes courage to win!
   What was Paul’s secret?
He reveals it throughout his epistles. The Bible never states that a true Christian will live without problems or difficulties. On the contrary, it warns us that we will be tested and proved. But just like the apostle Paul, we must withstand affliction in every way without being crushed (II Cor. 4:8, RSV).
Is this the case as far as you are concerned? Can you say, like Paul, that you are “perplexed, but not driven to despair”? Do you feel forsaken when facing persecution? Or can you say, like him, that you are “struck down, but not destroyed” (verse 9, RSV)?
If so, nothing can shake you. But it takes courage to have this attitude — and to be totally converted!
Paul further wrote: “We are treated as impostors, and yet are true; as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold we live; as punished, and yet not killed; as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing everything” (II Cor. 6:8-10, RSV).
If you are a true Christian, this is the way you must think and live. Nothing should separate you from God — no difficulty, no trouble, no persecution, not anything or anyone. God loves you and will always protect you. He will watch over you. He will lead you to victory, if you will only yield to Him and trust Him — courageously.
Therefore, “Be watchful, stand firm in your faith, be courageous, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love” (I Cor. 16:13-14, RSV).
What a tremendous warning and encouragement!

“But Beware of Men…”

Are we to fellowship with a group or with individuals who have rejected the Apostle of Jesus Christ? Visit with them? Listen to their sermons and messages?
Did Christ give warning about this? Lets prove all things and find out!
Turn your Bible open and go to Matthew 10.

Matt 10:11 And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy;”

That is who is willing to hear them, those whom God has called.

“…and there abide till ye go thence.

12 And when ye come into an house, salute it.

13 And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.

The next few verses is KEY VERSES! Christ’s own words on denying His Apostles.

14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

17 But beware of men:[end quote]

These words were spoken to The Apostles. But they also apply to the Church behind the Apostle supporting him. It applies to the Church of God as well as a WHOLE. The Church, with the Apostle is ONE, They are a Team.

Notice again these verses in the light applying to the Church, to each and every one of us!

Matt 10:11 And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence.”

Notice Christ is saying to fellowship with those of like mind. Not just fellowship with anyone, but a specific set of people.

12 And when ye come into an house, salute it.

13 And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.

14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.”

If they reject the Apostle. The Church’s doctrines and teachings. God says to dust your feet off from them. Stay away from them. Walk away and never turn back. Remember Lot’s wife in this. She didn’t dust her feet off from Sodom and Gomorrah. This is WHY Christ mentions those cities here in the next verse.

15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

Here is instruction from Christ. Wise as Serpents, showing us we ought to be slow in reacting. But ready to when the time comes. Be discerning, discerning the spirit. Harmless as Doves, showing us to show Love at all times. Because Love(outgoing concern) does no harm, it is harmless.

17 But beware of men:

What does BEWARE mean?

It means to be on your guard, watch out, look out, mind out, be wary, be careful, be cautious, be on the lookout, be on the alert, keep your eyes open, keep a sharp lookout, be on the quivive; take care, take heed,have a care, take it slowly,look where you’re going,tread carefully, proceed with caution;
Informal – watch your step, keep an eye out, keep your eyes peeled/skinned,look before you leap, think twice.

Cambridge English Dictionary explains it is “used to warn someone to be very careful about something or someone:”

Collins English Dictionary says “If you tell someone to beware of a person or thing, you are warning them that the person or thing may harm them or be dangerous.”

Here is Christ’s WARNING about certain individuals!

Why is He saying to stay away from certain individuals? Read the next few verses. Christ gives another reason in Revelation 3:11.
“Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man TAKE thy crown. “

This is WHY we must avoid those who were put out of the Church!
But Christ says STAY AWAY!!! A direct command!

Read Acts 20:30!

Christ says this here in verse 17 of Matthew 10! This will happen if you don’t need Christ’s words!

17 But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;”

They will “deliver” or “draw us” into their churches.

What does scourge mean?

2a) a calamity, misfortune, esp. sent by God to discipline or punish”

In other words PERSECUTED TREMENDOUSLY!! If you don’t heed God, you will be punished! Christ was flogged or scourge. And the whip was designed to dig into flesh and rip pieces out! These individuals from their groups will TEAR YOU TO PIECES spiritually, in order for you to give up your crown, to COMPROMISE God’s Truth given to us! That is if you don’t heed Christ’s words and stay Away!

God says STAY AWAY FROM GARNER TED ARMSTRONG AND THE CHURCH GROUPS WITH HIM!

STAY AWAY from Earl and Shirley Timmons and the groups attached to them!

Stay away from any one who is contrary to God’s Word and doctrines we received through Christ’s Apostle. STAY AWAY from those who even reject the APOSTLE, himself! Dust your feet off as Christ says to! Don’t look back as Lot’s wife because of loved ones that remain in these groups. Continue reading Matthew 10!

The verses starting with verse 17 explains what will happen IF you don’t heed Christ’s Words!

18 And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.
19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.

20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.

If you are Not faithful and you don’t heed Christ’s Words to STAY AWAY from those who reject the Apostle and their words and teachings. If you don’t Hold Fast. You will have to give your head in the coming martyrdom!

Notice What is said! It is to give Testimony against them and the Gentiles! This is during the Great Tribulation! If you won’t obey God and give testimony as He says to, you’ll do so in the Great Tribulation by giving your head! In Martyrdom!

And you will have to ENDURE IT ALL!

NOTICE the next verse.
22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.”

Every single one must endure the time coming. It is a matter will we endure it outside with Christ, OR inside these groups who are led by men disfellowshipped and who have rejected PART or any portion of the Apostle and the doctrines and teachings we were given through him, and be persecuted, Cut to pieces by wolves trying to take your crown, and martyred BECAUSE you would not heed Christ and His WORDS!!

But there is hope through all of this, if you happen to repent during this. Giving your life will GAIN it in the Kingdom. Christ is saying this is the only way to go to be in God’s family IF you don’t heed the first warning! Heed the First warning! Stay away from those put out! Stay away from those who REJECT the Apostle and his words(doctrines and teachings). Dust your feet off. Don’t look back as Lot’s Wife. REMEMBER Lot’s wife!
“Beware of men”!!!

Deuteronomy 30:15-20 King James Version (KJV)

15 See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;

16 In that I command thee this day to love the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.(for us in the Church, that land is The Kingdom of God)

17 But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;(as in if you DON’T Need “Beware of Men”, such as going to these other churches who have rejected the Apostle and the doctrines and teachings given to us through him)

18 I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.

19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

20 That thou mayest love the Lord thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.

1 Kings 18:21
And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him.

Matthew 10:16
Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

17 But beware of men:”
